Shop Policies & FAQ

Here is where you'll find the answers to our most asked questions, which will also cover our shop policies.

1. How long will it take to fulfill my order? Please allow 4-6 weeks from order/design lock down for completion of build. Each piece is handcrafted from start to finish. Once the order is complete, we arrange shipping and that could take up to 7 days.

2. Do you accept returns? We do not accept returns on custom orders (pieces that have been made specific to your dimensions, stained and or painted in your choice of colors, or with your choice of woods). All custom orders are FINAL. You may return any item bought at stock value for a store credit up to half the items value. The shipping cost to return your item is your responsibility.

3. What if I receive my item and I change my mind? If your item is custom, we cannot accept it as a return, but we would be willing to give you a discount towards your purchase of another product.

4. What are my shipping costs? Shipping is provided via a 3PL or Third Party Logistics, and is based upon weight of the item purchased and the location being shipped to. You will be invoiced separately for your shipping fee. Please see Shipping Details at the bottom of this page.

5. What is your Privacy Policy? Your privacy matters to us. Our shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal which has the highest level of security for each transaction. Please see the security policies at www.PayPal.com. You’ll notice a 8.0% sales tax charge at checkout. That’s because we’re located in the same state or country. Hey neighbor!


Shipping Detals.

-Shipping could take up to 10 business days from the time pick up is arranged. 


-All shipping is done via third party logisitics, and will be billed to the customer. 


-Southern MidMod will arrange shipments, unless the client prefers to handle this themselves. 


-Currently we only ship to the lower continental 48 states. 


-We do offer White-Glove service, meaning we will have a company come in and set up and or install your item for you if desired. 


-If you are within an 8 hour drive from Savannah Georgia, we will deliver and provide the White-Glove service ourselves.

 

-We WILL NOT offer shipping from Desember 15th through January 7th. We are closed to celebrate the Christmas Holiday.


-Gift wrapping and custom notes are available as an option with our accessories.

If you are an unverified buyer or are using PayPal as a guest, please note: your payment will be placed on a 21 day hold. At this time, your product will NOT be shipped until your funds are released to us following the 21 days. If you would like to expedite the shipment of your product (Accessories), please do one of the following:

1. Become a verified member of PayPal by signing up for free at www.paypal.com

2. Place your order with us using our email at [email protected] or by ordering direct through our Facebook page @SouthernMidMod. We will collect payment via Facebook Pay, and your order will process immediately.
